INGREDIENTS
- 1 cups of Fuchsia Whole
- Wheat Flakes Multi-Herbs
- 2 cans of hummus
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1Lemon juice
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- 1tsp ground hot chili pepper
- 1tsp ground garlic
- 1tbsp olive oil
PROCESS
- 1. To prepare the hummus: Place the hummus with the liquid from the cans in a small pot,
then cover it with water. Add the cumin and a pinch of salt, and let it simmer on low heat
until most of the liquid evaporates (about 15 minutes).
To prepare the yogurt sauce: In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the tahini, chopped
garlic, and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add one
tbsp of water at a time until it becomes creamy and a bit lighter.
For the topping: Mix the hot chili, garlic, and olive oil well in a small bowl.
To prepare and serve the Fatteh: Arrange the Fuchsia Whole Wheat Multi-Herbs in a
large dish. Place half of the hummus on top, then pour half of the yogurt sauce. Repeat the
layers with the remaining flakes and yogurt.
For garnish: Distribute the roasted pine nuts and the topping mixture over the Fatteh.
